My set yop box is not working for the last 2 months. They bring some old piece which is workable for 5 to 6 days antake back charge me 200 to 300 hundred but all in vain. Please advice

Our set top box had changed by cable operator and they gave without HD set top box , and they also had disconnected cable connection. kindly give my hd set top box back to me and restore my cable connection adress- block 164, flat 5 Lane 25

Local cabel operator named national cable located in sector 6 nanak nagar, service provided by said network is very poor,cable remain shut very usually 2 to 3 days every month, whenever u call them they didn't pick the phone,and talked very rudely, I request to jk channel pls look in the matter
