Sir, With regards and submission I want to draw your kind attention towards the fact that before in 2015.We submitted there application forms for the post of multitasking staff.But before days somebody tell about the rejection of all all application forms. For that I want to tell u that we submitted 100Rs for that.Without legal documentation how u cancel all those forms.Now we requested to all those particularly HR Division for justice.Otherwise we go forward for justice....ie to the court. Sir/madam With due respect and humble submission I my self arif nazir war, in the year 2017 our family financial condition was not good my father is farmer that time i want to go for study outside Jammu and Kashmir and i took a loan from jammu and Kashmir grameen bank that time of manager assured me that once you will finish your studies you get a maximum subsidy from our side now sir i have completed my studies it's not possible that immediately i will get a government job then I will pay my loan back. Sir, Most of the bank staff in Grameen banks in kashmir division are from out side kahmir division, that too young,(who r being recruited directed on experince basis from other pvt banks) having no experince in public dealing espically in farflung areas, due to which people are facing tremendous hardships.Particularly the branch head should enough mature & well versed regarding local language, & environment. With regards Customer
